This project demonstrates our ability to transform manual, error-prone operational workflows into streamlined internal systems.
Before this platform, ASEV Travel relied on Excel spreadsheets to manage itineraries, costs, and tour details. Program content was manually copied and pasted into Word or PDF documents for customer delivery—time-consuming, inconsistent, and difficult to scale.
We designed a centralized platform that turns tour creation into a plug-and-use process, where structured data is managed once and reused everywhere.

Our Solution
We replaced the spreadsheet-driven workflow with a modular tour management system.
Tours are now built from predefined, reusable modules—transport, activities, meals, accommodations, and notes—assembled through a structured interface. Content, pricing, and logistics are managed in one place and automatically reflected across programs and exports.
Generating customer-ready documents no longer requires manual copy-paste. Teams simply configure, review, and export.
